The Congress participants must pay the registration fee and at least one author per paper must attend. Congress registration fee varies from 900 $ to 3500 $ depending on the choice of events or package by the delegates and this includes hot Buffet lunch and arrival, morning break and afternoon mouth-watering food and tea/coffee for two days, and congress dinner, in addition to conference accessories. There is no special package available. Before the deadline, you have to choose a package from the list below. Moreover, you will have to give a list of all attendants accompanying you. Nevertheless, please note that obtaining a visa is the participant's own responsibility. Please contact us in advance if the conference fee will be late so that we can plan for your attendance.
Please note that publication fees are independent from the registration fees.

The authors will be provided a receipt of payment and a Certificate soon after their arrival at the conference venue.

Cancellation policy
There is a 350 $ fee on cancellations received prior 10 days before the conference. There will be no refunds on cancellations received after. The authors will be provided with receipt of payment and a letter/certificate of participation upon registering at the conference venue. The publication fees are not refundable.
